I’m Alex, founder of Phase Two.

Kyiv-born. Studied electrical engineering. Dropped out of a master’s program in Economic Analysis. Taught myself design, and earned my way into product through curiosity, repetition, and a lot of trial and error.

I’m not great at empty talk — probably because of a bit of stuttering. I focus on clarity — in design, in communication, and in how teams actually get things done.

I’ve worked across global consulting firms, enterprise teams, and early-stage startups — as both a contractor and a fractional product designer. Different speeds, same goal: build things that actually work.

I lead every project myself and stay hands-on as a product designer. When the work needs more muscle, I bring in trusted senior collaborators across product, frontend, motion, and prototyping. Small, focused team. High trust.

I take projects seriously — and I show up like it’s mine.
